US Shipping
At Urban Kulcha, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies:
1. Shipping
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
3. Order Processing Time
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS and will be charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available. Vendor Direct and Drop Ship brands do not ship to APO/FPO.
